Halloween may be a while away, but that hasn't stopped SAFRA Punggol from hosting their spooktacular Trails of the Forbidden Forest, where only the bravest of souls dare to tread. With me at the helm, get ready for the most frightful experience of your life!
The spookfest kicked off with an eerie video presentation narrating the unfortunate tale of the Ong siblings, who found themselves lost in the Forbidden Forest while being hunted by an evil witch who trapped them in the Forest. Now that is terrifying! The event itself was filled with a plethora of terrifying events to scare children and adults alike: four horror-themed screenings (two for adults and the other two geared towards the kids) that showcased some rather scary films guaranteed to send chills down your spine, lots of delicious treats to fill those hungry stomachs, and a 'Best Dressed' contest where only the most creative and family-oriented participants need apply. In fact, I got dressed as my hero Harry Potter for this event, and man did I have way too much fun! It was an amazing time meeting all the guests and hanging out with them, I even liked some of the costumes which were undeniably creative!
SAFRA Punggol knows how to put on a great event, and it was a great joy and honour to be the spookiest emcee for the event. Many thanks to the event organizers for all their hard work and dedication to scaring the living daylights out of their attendees, it was so much fun! Till then, stay spooked and don't forget to leave the lights on, wooooo!
