Emcee Singapore Ainsley Chong - Reporting Live: The Tanjong Pagar GRC and Radin Mas SMC "Happy Halloween Night" - One Community Fiesta 2017 is the largest ever community-led Halloween-themed event held in the heartlands this year. They got 3 levels of spookiness, big kudos to the team from Leng Kee Community Club who decorated all 4 stories of the CC! This has to be one of my favourite type of events as it totally brings out the boy in me!
