Emcee Singapore Ainsley Chong - Reporting Live: This has been an incredible night! I got the opportunity to host the Singtel Media Lunar New Year Trade Dinner, and the event itself was amazing in more ways than one.
The biggest highlight of the evening for me came right at the beginning, where I got to witness one of the most unique lion dances I've ever seen: Lion dancers all decked out in vibrant colourful LED lights added that huge wow factor to an already stellar performance, and I was floored throughout! After picking my jaw off the floor, I went to continue hosting the rest of the event, from the traditional lou hei to bring good luck and prosperity for all the guests to the lucky draw where one lucky (pun intended) participant stood a chance to win themselves a Samsung Galaxy S9.
Many thanks to the wonderful people at The Flying Dutchman and Singtel for working tirelessly to make this Trade Dinner a huge success, and also for bringing me onboard to play a big part as your esteemed emcee for the evening!
